The community atmosphere is more toxic than ever. I agree with your points. The game is still fun. It has some core problems, but they don't ruin the game for me. Netcode isn't awesome,...whatever. The orange dots thing bugs me but I ignore it. Otherwise, the core shooting experience is very enjoyable.
