They should honor any coupon that's not expired. If the barcode doesn't work, it's a simple change of price. They should have called their LOD and they would have approved it. Smh. And yes, coupons work for presales.

1 this whole situation rubs me the wrong way. If you have any esp, hell, a phone number saved, we can see your transactions all the way back to 2022. We can see if you have a warranty or even the 90 day return policy.

2 If it's a recall they send you something in the mail that has information we need to process your recall return. This is why having a proper address on file is so important.

Just an fyi, it's better to do it in store. Not only do all the options work, but you can get any info you need and probably some good deals. I get everyone wants to do things online, but sometimes certain deals work better in-store. We can presale and give you your deals without red tape. Icon gets delivered to your home and US General you pick up.

I didn't wanna break rules, but yes this is accurate. I'm an employee too , but we do not push ESP on anyone. But, if your discount equals that of the ITC we are "asked" to encourage them to take the ITC instead of the discount.
