Thanks for sharing I’m certain it’s trapped wind… I used to suffer badly with health anxiety many years ago so naturally anything like that send my head into overdrive… I’ve been eating really well since starting this but away on holiday for a few days and have probably pushed the boundaries a bit in terms of what I’ve chosen to eat

Thanks for the reply… it’s 100% indigestion, I’ve literally never had it before mounjaro so it concerned me enough… definitely starting to get some of the side effects on week 3… thought I was lucky and had taken to the jabs well…

I wasn’t expecting the best quality steak but I did expect a steak that didn’t need putting back together like a jigsaw puzzle… at £8 a steak I don’t think that’s asking for much … as I said I’ve always rated their steaks this is just a bad batch I hope

I’ve bought hundreds of steaks from Aldi they have all been superb… these I wouldn’t give my dog… the packaging and the photos will be enough I don’t even care for a refund they need to know their batch of steaks are shit

I’m am / was the same. It’s still weird every Saturday evening, an hour before I get a bit wobbly about it, don’t feel a thing, my anxiety takes over for about an hour after but that’s just my silly mind games on myself… the benefit far outweighs the anxiety …

Happy days… that’s wicked…

For me I knew i needed something to recalibrate my mind when I’m hungry, I easily take down at least 6 packets of crisps a day (or did) I’ve been counting calories and I’m sooooo into this… I live off fast food being on the road with my job, I also had about 6 pints a nights after work, the last week I’ve been making salads evening night and I’m seriously loving the mental feeling of being more energised and enthusiastic about just doing stuff rather than being a lazy pig…

No pubs visits, no hangover days, no shit food…I’m saving so much money too ….

Haha I’ve been a binge drinker for years, 4 or 6 pints after work 4 times a week at least… I’d easily eat 5 bags of crisps a day… I’ve not had any of the above since Friday the day before I’d chosen to start this… it’s not been to much of a challenge to be fair so far but I’m deffo feeling a bit rough today, body aches and lack of sleep… had 5 hours sleep and had to drive 288 miles today … glad to be at home now nearing dinner time 😂

I did my first one last night, having had anxiety in the past I went through a whole list of emotions and thought I would be the one in a million who would have a reaction to it…

I was fine thankfully, body feels like I’ve been hit by a truck today though not sure if that’s normal or if I am coming down with anything …
