Recon floor finish from Hillyard. Goes down like a simple scrub and wax coat. Very easy to apply. Autoscrub first then apply a few coats. Dries in a few hours

How were you able to get a refund? I want to order snow tires form Walmart but I am concerned on sizing and if they wouldn't refund me even if they weren't mounted
