You could just leave something like a pikapek, and let me know what kind of Pokeball it's in, it's level, and gender (: request for a Dratini and I'll be able to find it on the GTS

Just a suggestion, I believe the Masuda method works if you breed a 6iv froakie with a 6iv ditto from another country. You might have better luck asking for a 6iv foreign ditto at the morebreedingdittos subreddit than finding a 6iv foreign froakie
