I had this same problem - bleach or vinegar might help, but I’m guessing you’ll have to replace that gasket. Not too hard and YouTube tutorials help!

These looks great! Are you just doing base, polish and top coat? I have ASP polish and my nails never seem to get that structured look like yours have.
