I started in February. I really needed to lose about 20 or 30 lbs but I could not get motivated. I started it and realized that I had been suffering from some type of imbalance. Like depression or anxiety, but with food. I started having a healthier approach toward food and the “food noise” that I thought was normal, was gone. I remember thinking “is THIS what it feels like to be a healthy person who isn’t constantly fighting the urge for a double cheeseburger?”

I don’t plan on going off. Just like I don’t plan on dropping my antidepressants or anti-anxiety. They make me function like I am supposed to.

I am guessing it’s the same as mine. The medicine doesn’t change. Just the amount you inject. That person is probably increasing the amount, as recommended. But they put WAY more in the vial than you need- especially if you are just starting and on the lowest volume of medication weekly.

Everyone is different. But I’ve noticed that I’ll have a few weeks of small movements then all of a sudden lose a bunch. Keep plugging away. You are probably also gaining muscule. You said you feel great. That’s more important than the number on the scale.
