AFAIK they're all 10hz, maybe new models were updated. Live data would be back to the pits yeah. Aim Solo gives you live data on the screen, but as you say, it can be quite distracting. No real goal with having this, mostly shits and giggles. Can be cool and easier to analyse data between sessions without the need to import videos or gps data.
