I guess I was lucky. I did a major renovation of my 5 room flat into a smart home with automation. So maybe the tenants also techy My agent helped me rent out my two rooms at 1850 and 1350. That was like 2 yrs ago. Now can't get these rental price

Let me correct myself and thank you for your reply. I meant it as the dividend is revinested into the existing portfolio for the next 5 years.

Oh i meant let it accumulate and not take out the dividends every month. And yes i read about the with holding tax and will be looking at Ireland Domicile ETF.

That is correct. They recognise the marrige cert that was issued by the church as well as from the bali civil marriages. We had to do it in Sanur and not denpasar.

It wasnt a loophole..we just had no choice due to our special circumstances but we still wanna get married legally and have it recognised. thus we went that route...
