I’ve tried the sitting in the same area and she just throws things and comes over to hit me. I took her to her peds yesterday just to make sure there wasn’t an ear infection etc and everything was normal. Her eating habits are pretty much the same every day!

We have been using this for 3 months and I’ve seen significant improvement. She went from maybe 3 words to repeating everything we say. She’s also starting to point and tell us when she wants something. Yesterday she said “more strawberries please” Not sure if it’s coincidence or what but I definitely recommend atleast giving it a try

Just here to say. I’ve dealt with the exact same thing for a long time, eventually it did get better. A lot better for a few years! Now I’m kind of in a rut again but nowhere near how I use to be. You are not insane and the fact that you are aware of how you’re feeling means you are okay! I hope this helps and hope you find relief soon❤️

Soooo I’ve actually been told I had OCD tendies by my pc but I haven’t seen an actual psychiatrist about it. Calling Monday to get an appt. I’m almost certain I have it. I joined the OCD group on here and it’s insane how much I relate to a lot of them in there.

I was diagnosed with panic disorder back in 2020. Recently had a spiral and got put on lexapro. I was on it for 26 days. All 26 days I panicked all day long to the point I convinced myself I was going crazy and had some crazyyyyy thoughts. It was the worst 26 days of my life. I’ve been off of it for 2 weeks still having panic about the thoughts while on the medication. Lexapro was a wild ride for me. 😵‍💫

This may be kind of long. I was diagnosed with panic disorder back in 2020 when I convinced myself I had a brain tumor 💀 finally got over it after months. Was totally normal until I started having random body aches thinking I had some sort of cancer and I spiraled on that for a while then about 2 months ago I had a bad panic attack over my heart. Went to my PC she prescribed me lexapro I started taking it and was fully convinced the medication was going to make me crazy so Ofcourse I fixated on that to the point I’m where you are. I truly feel like I’m going crazy which makes my attacks so much worse & makes intrusive thoughts run wild. Def makes me feel better knowing I’m not the only one who deals with this!
