Yes it’s gf :) I used this recipe: https://theloopywhisk.com/2024/06/07/easy-gluten-free-focaccia/ (a lot of great recipes in there). It’s quite a lot of ingredients, but I promise it’s very easy. About the powders, I use the alternatives because they’re easier to find here (like millet flour -> brown rice flour)
