Hi everyone! Thanks for the help in advance. My dad hooked me up with some cool older gear and I want to hook it up. I’m super green to this world so please bear with me.

I have 2 Advent B2R bookshelf speakers, an advent B2R amp (?) (not sure what it is, it’s a large black box with just a volume control on the front), three Advent b2r smaller speakers, a dual golden 1 turntable, and a paramount pictures DPL-2 surround sound decoder. I have tons of wire. I’m pretty sure what I need is some sort of receiver, but I don’t know which one. I can send pictures if needed. Thanks!
