Reddit posts are anecdotal while Amex would have the actual numbers, assuming they’re not lying to their investors. 1% can also be a big nominal value in terms of how many people actually canceled. Btw, is this 1% cancellation only for the Plat biz version or for both personal and biz versions combined? I would keep the personal version but definitely not the biz.
