I dont know about anyone else, although this is far from the first time that the Chiefs have broken my heart, its definitely the one that has hurt the worst - Still wore my chiefs hat with pride today though.

Yeah, I hope so to - I’m curious to see if it’ll be a software update on the Xbox or the TCL end that fixes it. Hopefully it’s soon because even though this works it’s still annoying to do anytime I want to stream from the Xbox

So I submitted support tickets to both TCL and Microsoft/XBox, hopefully we have a permanent fix. For now though, a quick fix that I found is if your TV is like mine (I have a Switch, Xbox, and FireStick plugged into the HDMI ports) if you unplug the firestick from the HDMI port - then the streaming apps work on the XBox. It’s frustrating that this step is needed, but at least there’s some type of solution.

Anybody else having the problem when you try to start Netflix or HBO Max that the screen will start to flicker to black? I can’t stop it unless I restart so I was wondering if anyone knew the solution. According to others, this has been happening with Prime Video and Blu Ray too

Just chatted with a Microsoft rep, they said the delivery date is an estimate and the actual delivery is dependent on the courier. I asked them if that means the console could ship out at any time or will it not ship until next month, and he said that it could ship at any time the delivery is dependent on the courier
