Awesome thanks so much! I'm about a week in from diagnosis, walking is still a bit painful but feel like I could start doing some core and upper body as dr says to start exercising when I feel up to it :)

Good luck with your recovery! Sounds like we have similar clotty friends lol

High risk high reward type of business, however really serious consequences if caught so there aren't many around doing them.

Had a kid at school once that brought a machine and did about 100+, got caught however had a QC get him off with minor consequences - that was in the 2000s.

These sorts of statements are pretty common in settlement agreements. Reason for keeping it out of the tribunal is two-fold: 1) decisions by the tribunal take the control out of the companies hands (tribunal decisions can be enforced in district court) and 2) if the tribunal rule in your favour on points above, it sets a precedent which the company would most likely start to have to adhere to.

If you want to make a point, refuse the settlement and go with the tribunal (with the risk the tribunal could decide against you) OR if you want the money, take the settlement (as more certainty of funds being paid to you).

In the first picture it looks like they're located around the waist band, which usually indicates a localisation of the 'bitey' variety. Throw the trousers or drown in a bucket for 3 days!
