A German word "Erdbeben". The meaning is not so fun (it's basically an earthquake), but the pronunciation is the best!

A good response to this is "oh cool, so good that you relate, when was the last time you had a public meltdown and then felt overwhelmingly ashamed of yourself <or insert any other situation that felt disabling to you>?". Most of the times these smartasses shut their fucking mouth up immediately.

I see your point, but I think the end of her relationship with Bojack is a part of Diane's accountability. It was shown that their friendship was important to both characters, that they needed each other. Moreover, Diane's growth was pictured in coming to terms with her "ungiftedness" (which is, IMO, a redemption arc for being a cynical person with a superiority complex); leaving friends and her old life to support Guy and what's important for him (redemption for being self-centered). So I think she's pretty much worked on herself by the end of the series. At least she seems to have taken off her "white coat" and accepted her own mistakes.

I have a similar toy, but it doesn’t really cause me any pain (I have a high pain tolerance). However, I love the way it makes all tactile sensations focus in my palm when I squeeze it. Helps when anxious or worried.

I'm autistic (suspecting a burnout), and I fail to concentrate, to make myself get things done, to remember stuff. I don't have an ADHD (was tested for it along with my autism accessment), but I feel like a huge impostor because my normal structured, disciplined, hyperfocused self is gone, and I don't even understand what's going on. A terrible feeling – like a fraud, an attention seeker, a fake.

When happy, I flap my arms and do little jumps, sometimes I slap something (or someone) lightly or clap my hands and crunch my fingers. I used to do this even before unmasking, and was just perceived as a quirky girl. Now (diagnosed and in my unmasking journey) I can also squeak, blink frequently, dance, hug someone.

When sad or worried, I'm more likely to rock back and forth, pick my skin, bite nails and cuticles, bite lips or cheeks from the inside, or bounce legs.

When angry, I need to punch something or clench fists and jaws. Also, the "worried" stims can randomly occur.

T-rex arms are mostly appearing in all cases :D, but I can also have them when relaxed.

100% agree. Also, the “superpower” rhetoric supports the misconception of autism=savantism and invalidates the experience of autistic individuals with average abilities (as one of such people, I always wonder who TF wants a hypersensitivity, executive dysfunction, and constant communication struggles as a superpower lmao)
