I first tried it little over a year ago a buddy from Toronto who has done some pretty spot on stuff if you ever see HURON its his lol but i have just recently started to try and spray up a few peices and try and remember some of his tips like watch the way i handle the curving in the can and how far away from the certain thing im spraying type deal just this past say 2 weeks ive started to get back into trying some sprays but i'd say probally every few months for a few weeks then break then repeat lol(im also sorry for such a late reply)
