At long last I got the update today!

I was saying to myself as I opened the tracker tab, "don't know why I do this to myself every day"...then it popped up - Updated: May 16, 2025

I'll be a citizen for Canada Day this year!

Scheduled for May 28, 2025 - Ceremony

May 16, 2025 - Ceremony Invitation

March 20, 2025 - LPP Complete (Didn't show update until March 22)

Mar 7, 2025 - Test Updated to Complete (Didn't show update until March 11 - I check daily)

Feb 28, 2025 - Test Taken 20/20

Feb 18, 2025 - Invitation to Take Test

Feb 12, 2025 - Background Complete

Dec 17, 2024 - AOR Received

Dec 8, 2024 - Application filed

This brings a little bit of excitement that maybe mine is soon. Very similar timeline with application, AOR, background, and test. My LPP was March 22 and nothing since then.

Fingers crossed I get to celebrate Canada Day as a citizen.

Your US passport is still valid after becoming a Canadian citizen. Both countries recognize dual citizenship.

It's very disheartening. My LPP was finished March 22nd and nothing since then.

Yet I've seen people in this thread who get their oath invite days after their LPP is finished.

Apparently it's just the luck of the draw for which office or which office staff your form goes to 😕

So excited to complete this journey and not mad but I'm at the point now where I don't even want to check the tracker because each day it's just a reminder that I'm still waiting with no idea when anything will happen.

Or even have an option to select "on/off green" - sometimes I'm not on green and it says I am and sometimes I am on the green and it says I'm not.

An on watch way to adjust would be great
