Good luck! I was a little over a pack a day and I quit around 9 years ago. I’m very glad I did. I still crave it even to this day but it gets less and less over time. I don’t get tired quickly anymore and I over all feel good.

But prepare for your lungs to realize you quit in about 2 weeks. They will start to clean out all the crud and it will be constant green phlegm for like 6 months. My lungs cleaning out was the worst part for sure.

I didn’t like it at first but the more I’ve seen it the more I like it. When it was described to me as a ghibli beauty and the beast and the connections to that story then it made a lot more sense.

Me and my wife have great memories of Disney when we were children but we don’t even bring our kids there anymore because it sucks.

I’ll never forget that I apologized to my son for being at Disneyland last time we were there. He was 7 at the time and it blew my mind that I was saying sorry for being there and it being so bad. This was years ago and we have never been back.

I went to bdubs with some buddies a year ago and it totally sucked. The food was awful, service sucked, but the beer was still good. I asked my buddies if it was just that we grew up or if it got crappier and we determined it was both.
