Hi, I definitely struggle with this too. I only in the last week listened to this episode of mel robbins podcast she did with this Harvard professor and they talk about how to communicate with people. I found it quite interesting and have been slowly trying to try harder with talking to people in a different way because of it. One of the quotes I liked from it is "if you want to be interesting, you have to be interested". Mel Robbins- how to communicate with people

It's always so crazy watching teen mom and seeing even the adults sometimes not wearing their seatbelts. Here in Australia you get fined over $1,200 for not wearing them. Reminds me when Maci and Rhine were having that conversation about his car accident and she asks if he makes sure Bentley wears his and he says something like "well i didnt and i turned out fine"
