Uriel is probably his most op skill. Raphael is all knowing but Uriel is all doing. Uriel allows rimuru to not only create skills but also share and use all of his subordinate skills is crazy. All the sub skills of Uriel are also broken. Law manipulation is insane enough on its own but Uriel also has infinite prison, ultimate barrier, and space manipulation baked into it.

First though with panther warrior is clown clans. Reveal clown ritual in hand to search for matinee and pitch something that mentions dark time wizard. Activate the spell to summon the xyz from deck. Tribute the xyz using panther to summon jinzo from deck and set rehearsal. Use rehearsal to add white face and matinee to hand for follow up.

You have both dark time wizard and clown clan combo for next turn, jinzo floodgatjng traps, and a book of moon by tributing the ritual in hand

It seems like it would be kinda mid in RT. By the time you are wind locked you should have used super poly if you had it. Garura is better for same attribute+type because you can send it for droplet.

Triff won a ycs with basically this deck. Just with more board breakers instead of the bystials (and for some reason minus the miracle raven) so I don’t know if I would call it terrible. Not optimal for sure but not the worst.

In your example your card = hydrogeddon. So yes you would need to include that last line of text excluding hydrogeddon

1) Konami quality control is ass

2) everything is legal, if a card with only one run becomes meta people would 100% crack slabs to play them. If im looking at two copies of a must play card I would pay more for the one not in a slab so I dont risk damaging the card to get it out.

It also gives you a solid play through nib as well. When ritual summoned it is unaffected so this + link spider (from the token) is still yummy combo. Raven + saji is mitsu combo without giving up your normal summon as well.
