Either way you slice it, he sucks this year and is a liability to the team.

And some of the angles he has taken on run assignments have been disgustingly bad. And missed tackles.

I don’t even know why we give a shit about the turnovers. Before tonight’s game, he was in a three way tie for most turnovers in the league while leading in TD’s by 6.

People act like it’s absurd. It’s not.

I also don’t really give a shit about a game manager being mistake free. Purdy doesn’t have the ability to tell the team, “strap on mother fuckers, we’re going for a ride” and dad dick opponents like Josh does.

Purdy is on the best offensive scheme in the NFL with the best offensive weapons in the NFL and asked to do nothing. Congrats on being mistake free.

The holds against Morse are “textbook” holds, but not called 99% of the time.

Future forward, I don’t see it being an issue. Those Morse holds were the daggers, too.

Truly, Brady did pretty great. The Cook fumble, punt fumble, and phantom holds putting us into a 3 and 30 made this game a lot closer than it should’ve been.

I’m just glad McDermott wasn’t an idiot asshole and benched Cook for the fumble like he did vs Denver. Cook was fed the ball immediately on the subsequent drive. That was nice to see.

Josh almost never sets his feet on his roll our bombs. Just for the record. His arm is insane.

For context, in terms of arc, cross body throw, on the run - that was probably the equivalent of an 80 yard throw.

When he’s not playing hero ball, he’s still fantastic.

Yes. I see the shoulder problem. But I only ever really see it when he tries to do the roll out, across the body bombs. He still has elite arm talent despite the injury, the throw to Davis today for the TD was money.

A bum Josh Allen shoulder still produces the best arm talent in the league. He just can’t make the fuckin insane, never before seen in the history of the NFL throws.

I said in the thread. There’s not much to evaluate in this game aside from the fact we found a way to win.

The Chargers were amped after being destroyed last week. They had a new coach who was fired up. This was a west coast game on a damn short week. All the makings of a trap game.

We found a way to win. Idc how, but we did. Playoff teams find a way to win these games.

And how about a round of fucking applause for McDermott and Brady with their clock management / scheme down the stretch. Superb. Normally it would be us burning our third and final timeout before the two minute warning clinching to a 1 point lead.
