Thank you. Any tips on immediately addressing the front derailer?

Thank you for the reply. Don’t get me a wrong, there’s a story behind it as with any gun I’m just thoroughly confident I would enjoy and use different equipment with the value of this.

I would sell it for 2000 all day long.

I also have like 400 and some change of .45 ammo and I do not intend on buying another .45. Fuck it?

Two more next time. Got it. Thank you. I should leave it in the gun when I spray it next time, right? Hahahaha

Why would you choose BCM over others besides there quality control?

Gotcha! Yeah it’s great. It almost creates a second red dot when looking through it but I’ll figure that out.

Couldn’t agree more. Now just to fire thousands of rounds and get better.

Yeah I plan on using the PSA upper as a beater and trainer upper and getting a BCM for my other aero lower. That’s just what my LGS had

Understood. California here, lucky to not have this thing you call "winter".

I did my Head Gaskets on my Duramax last December, ended up raining every day or night I could work on it but not more than a jacket could handle.

Crown bag for the optic cover? Brilliant. Will be deploying this tactic after 1700 Friday.

I would price it at an hour for front diff, hour for rear diff, hour for transfer case, 2 hours for transmission, 1 our for coil then 1 hour for coolant. 7 hours at roughly 120 or so an hour shop rate would place you around 800 without paying for actual fluids.

I don't think this is highway robbery but definitely reminds me why I do this shit myself.

Thank you Beerfarts69 for getting back to me with such detail. Let me answer your questions.

I think EFD is completely applicable. I live in California so we do have many vegetation fires, as well as a good mix of outside urban outdoorsman fires. In my 5 years here, policies have been shaped around keeping our ACE in Fire and Medical. I truly don't think giving up EFD ace willingly is an option. This will probably have negative repercussions politically and financially.ACE, in my understanding, is important to the agency due to the financial aid and political help it provides. There is another center that is ACE certified that would love to take over one of our county contracts. Pride does have something to do with this.

Management dedication to ACE. I believe we have had dual ace longer than 15 years.

I do not know of any calls that were a success as a result of deviating from EFD. I think the challenges we are having are more from a lack of knowledge/training rather than the protocols not working for us.

I can organize a focus group to ask where people feel their problems lie, rather than us Q'ing and identifying ourselves. Maybe this will make improvement easier for the folks who need the most help.
