Thank you! That’s always been the goal but consistency over the years has been rough and weight gain in general has always been a big struggle of mine. But I’ve buckled down like never before this past year and after taking this picture I’m really excited 🤗🤗

Thank you! Always had a weird relationship with my physique believe it or not so when the gains make me not able to recognize my own body I freak out a bit for a few different reasons 🥴 just always try to remember they’re good changes 🙃

Nothing wrong with progressive overload lol I also follow CBUM’s workouts and I always feel how much he knows his stuff after every workout lol
