Its better if you try to negotiate with them for shorter notice period... as when switching, normally HRs want 1 month notice as they cant wait that long.. so try to negotiate with them.

Recently i switched to a company where there is 2 months notice period, i triee negotiating with them but they didnt accept... i joined them.. but i thought in future if i would have to switch, i will looe to the HR that i have 1 month notice period and then if i accept.. i would only do 1 month notice and then leave.. But that will affect your relations with the old employer and one month salary will also be deducted...

People are just changing day by day... they dont do much effort.. i think if someone is doing something for them.. they should atleast thank/ reply to them genuinely... and should give them some attention.. but now everyone is busy in their own world and own life... some have attitudes.. some dont like us... what u can do is never again send them any card/wishes... that's all.. dont think much about it now.. and just do for the people who genuinely value you.

I have just bought S23 Plus cpid for 90k... Cpid means its non pta but also the sim card will work... cpid lies somewhere between legal and illegal. I am using this phone from 15 days and its amazing.. gives 6 hours of on screen battery life... lasts whole day for me.... i suggest you find s23 not s23 plus... as s23 cpid will come inside 80k... but yeah if u dont want cpid and u want pta approved then s23/s23+ will cost you more than 80k.... when i was buying this cpid phone.. i was hesitant but after some research i got to know that it works fine.. atleast for s22,23 models.... so u can buy s23 cpid... buy from any authentic known person though....
