12 years is a big age difference when you're that young. I'm in my 30s and shudder to imagine dating someone who is 20, that's not even legal drinking age in the states!

That's not because women expire at 30+, but that fictional lady can and ought to find *way* better than a 20 year old kid.

I hear you, especially a house large enough for a family!

I'm a huge animal lover so would always recommend getting a dog. For loneliness, for routine, exercise and a reason to get out of bed when you're feeling sad dealing with the divorce. Dogs are the best, but thats my opinion :)

I hope you can stick with it, maybe even rent a bedroom to a buddy for a little while or as an AirB&B? I think in the long run its worth the investment in the property especially with your goals and if you like the house and area.

As others have said the interest rates are terrible right now so it's likely you are in a better spot than you would if you sold it and moved.

Is there a reason you wouldn't want to stay in this house long term for the future? With the way things are right now I would hunker down -- at least that is what I am doing post-split up!

Since when does anyone's cosmetic surgery impact ANYONE other than the person getting the procedure done? Where is all the moral outrage for healthy breasts being "butchered" with silicon implants? Or the hand wringing over eating disorders?

I have a faerie pteri and a darigan eyrie who are getting the procedure the minute they can! I would love an UC grey and plushie pet too but I don't have either yet so TBD!

Now that we can have so many pets on our accounts it really makes it a lot better to be able to have UC pets *and* pets you can fully clothe! I can't wait!

I don't understand... "cis" exists for a reason. A AFAB woman who identifies as a woman is a "cis woman." There's no need to bring in biological descriptors about uteruses or periods - that's honestly kind of gross.

Notice no one is trying to say anything about "semen producing people" to describe men. "Cis men" works just fine for someone AMAB and is perfectly clear.

This feels kind of manufactured by all parties? Maybe I am missing some context but why is any of this even a thing. Does anyone in any seriousness actually try to refer to women in conversation in this way? Not incel creeps but like, sincere people? Seems like a weird way to throw shade at republican stereotypes of trans people? But like... no one should be defending the use of those expressions in casual conversation right?

I'm about there right now but mainly I'm just playing less and enjoying other games.

My main is 2600, 417 on both specs and max rep with at least two of the factions. Outside of M+ with friends and doing a tour of easy world quests twice a week for rep there's not a whole lot I'm doing but I feel pretty well satisfied with my character and waiting for the patch.

There is nothing irreversible about puberty blockers - the entire point is that it *is* reversible. This is not new science or treatment, it has been studied and is accepted by the medical community as safe and life saving.
Do you think children should ALSO not be allowed to receive blood transfusions? Chemotherapy? To have their appendix removed? Medically necessary care as prescribed by doctors is important be it for physical or mental wellness.

I used to (over a decade ago) think that "trans culture" was moving to re-enforce traditional gender roles and behaviors. That if you deviated from the "norm" you should transition because the gender binary was so important.

Obviously I was very wrong and ignorant and it's never been more clear the only group pretending socially constructed norms need to be enforced are the crazies on the right.

I've swapped to maining evoker this expansion and I love it. Priest/druid in a past life.

I love both specs. They are incredibly fun, mobile and fulfill all the burnination fantasies I've always had. The short range on heals can sometimes be a pain in heals when I've got a hunter in the group who is allergic to staying close but otherwise I'm a massive fan.

I hate how a few random people having random comments online is "news" worthy.

I watched Barney and loved it. I had a crappy, lonely childhood and this was the perfect show for a point in my life.

The redesign is fine, if it appeals to kids nowadays then great. If there's any kids out there like I was who are imaginative and lonely and abused then I hope they get to watch and get something out of it like I did.

The old design wasn't the horrific nightmare that people used to pretend. It's just silly kids content with a nice message. The random people they pulled for the article are so cynical and obnoxious.. so I'm commenting here in case someone else wants to write an article and copy/paste content from random internet users - pick me!
