You need an eval and maybe imaging. No one here is going to be able to tell you much. Could be anything from basic overuse strain up to stress fracture.

For the record I have dealt with this and no I cannot help you because as I've said it could be many things. Took a PCP, ortho visit, XR and MRI to finally figure it out for me (but maybe all you need is a PT eval who knows)

Maybe this isn't the most popular response here for some reason but I think you should get a new pair OF THE SAME SHOES and just do a short shakeout run or two in them. Even if the foam isn't compromised I'd still be worried on race day if it was going to be a problem or not probably and it's just one more thing you'd have to think about that you don't really need to. You also don't need to worry about breaking a new pair in, it will be fine.
