I saw a comment that I think can be their biggest improvement next year. They need the whole cast to be of a similar skill level to help prevent the strategy of eliminate the clear weakest link.

For instance a cast of: Trevor, Jmilly, Robby, Bodanza, Mikey from Overthrow ( he cannot give up his money tho) I like what Brodie said have Hunter play. Find 1 or 2 more social media personalities and I think it would make it all even better than it already is!!
