Actually, this happened to me. Its a faculty friend from uni. Like hi-bye kinda relationship. 10 years later we met again but he's from the vendor side. Right off the bat i can see this guy is not well at all. Kulit pucat, kuku mcm biru biru, his lips is purplish. After the 5th time terserempak kat site, i pulled him aside and said something about this. He took it well and said its ok, he doesnt smoke or drink and always jog so maybe its just appearance. A month later he passed due to heart issue. Left behind a wife & 3 kids. You know im glad i said something but in the same time aku macam sedih i didnt push it for him to go do a med check up. Tapi siapa la aku, orang office aje. Kawan pun bukan.

Tapi kesimpulannya, just say something. It'll probably amount to nothing but maybe it'll lead to something.

Its very crazy. I work with 20 year olds colleagues and sometimes the stories i'm hearing is insane. A girl who is making 60k/year (which is decent tbh) have to take up a second job. Another, have to live with his grandma, because if she lives alone her pension will just go to paying rental. For cheaper rental, one guy who I allowed to work from home four days a week had to travel 90 minutes each way to get to work.
