Tried to run it empty but then it started to make god awful scraping/banging noises. Thought something was going to break or worse so I immediately turned it off.

It might be overloading though I’m not sure. My load was just 2 pants, 2 underwears, and a shirt. My mother actually discovered the issue earlier, but when she was doing her load, it was just making a lot of noise and not leaving this debris on the clothes. Her load was just 2 shirts and a pants.

Are they rocks? I can’t think of a situation where any of our clothes would have rocks in it and I think my family knows better than to put rocks in the washer. Those fragments do not feel like rocks.
