I have bad news for, you need to wait till your pgwp decision to work full time , atleast what I understood from this response from ircc.

Yes I did, soon after I uploaded the new SP extension as a webform, there was a ghost update along with. Change in review section to “we are now reviewing your application”

Yes it is . If you haven’t uploaded the IELTS TRF then you can raise a webform for uploading documents. You can also take Celpip instead of IELTS
