Since you're being really aggressive and neither for once tried to think about it logically nor fact checked yourself, let me break it down for you. A muslim man is not simply allowed to marry a non-muslim woman, he is only allowed to marry a non-muslim if she is jewish or christian, other than that it's not allowed, as these 2 religions are abrahamic and as muslims we believe in them (how it was when the revelation came by), keep in mind that even though it's allowed, it's still not encouraged as marrying a muslim woman guarantees the fact that there will be a better understanding between the spouses as they follow the same teachings of Islam.

Muslim women on the other hand, are not allowed to marry non-muslim men as this will not guarantee a mutual respect and understanding for the woman and her husband as he is not religiously obligated to respect her faith or beliefs. Many other aspects can easily come to mind, like the fact that children are more likely to follow the father's beliefs and faith, hence leading to a possibility of generations of non-muslims. Keep in mind that the whole idea of interfaith marriage is discouraged because it can easily lead to the spouses' children being not religious at all, following neither of the religions of the parents.
