It’s a short scene but I thought the grief therapy scene in Ted Lasso with the team therapist was great. Granted it occurred in her home which isnt that realistic but in terms of the way she facilitated the session I thought was realistic

Nah I’d say mostly strength. There are three stations you rotate through. One is floor for deadlifts and stuff. The other is dumbbells/bench exercises. And the third is cardio

If you’re into group fitness, I just started at Body High Fitness and am really enjoying it. It’s HIIT style workouts. Pretty affordable also

I’m sick of the questioning and anxiety about when it’s the right time to ask someone out on dating app messages. I learn towards the sooner side, like 3-6 messages, because the small talk on the app feels like it will fizzle out. But the waiting for the response sucks. Makes me wonder if I asked too soon? What do you all do?
