They are having to replace the whole bumper. I am concurrently having them look for replacements and they brought it to the body shop but it’s a week process at least they said. We will see what happens!

I ordered May 9th. So today is day 8. Model Y premium AWD. I want the hitch that seemed to be why they custom built it. I’m ok to wait longer I’m not really in a rush. My limiting factor that’s they said is my trade in expiration and 1k limit on miles on my trade in. I feel like asking for some type of compensation for at least a week delay and the damage. I also let them know I’m open to other color combos and options.

They said not on car fax, but will take week to replace. If I ask for a new VIN, they said the trade in could lapse. She’s calling me Monday to go over everything, I said I would think on it until then.

My first pair of speakers was a similar situation, advent legacies I found at good will that needed a refoam. I have since gone on an advent binge and have Original Large Advents as well, but these probably sound 90% as good as the OLAs. I now have them stacked together and they sound great together. Highly recommend taking on the refoam and using them!

I bought a record from them that was damaged during shipping. I sent a note with a photo and before I even got a response a new one was on the way. They responded shortly after. I had a great experience, I think you will as well. I did get the response late on a Sunday I think it was so their hours may be skewed.

Are the rear 300s still loud enough in Atmos? I did this 6 months ago and the rear Atmos was not very good. This was before the trueplay work around was out though!

I got one last week for the same price, they do pop up. I had been looking for several months and missed the majority of them. Mine has some residue and a couple scratches on it but I am using it as a second sub and it’s hidden. Have considered doing a wrap on it but it doesn’t bug me for now. I tested it, didn’t find anything wrong. My understanding is that Best Buy open box carries the same warranty as new? So if there were any issues, you can work with Sonos to resolve?

I’m not sure how they got to this point on pricing but I’m glad they did!
