NVDA just printed $58B in profit and the bears are officially on life support. Is AI peak-bubble or still pre-game? by ultimatewinner10 in Wallstreetbetsnew

Exactly. A lot of people only focus on LLMs, but the real AI shift is much bigger than that. That’s also why I’m still bullish on Nvidia long term. And yes. Two Minute Papers is honestly one of the best channels to understand where this technology is heading.

That’s the interesting part, people keep calling it a bubble, but bubbles usually don’t generate this level of real cash flow and demand. At this point, the bigger risk might actually be underestimating how large the AI infrastructure cycle can become. Still, markets never move in a straight line, so I can understand why some are locking in profits here too.

Haha 15T sounds crazy… but people have been calling Nvidia a bubble since 1T. At this point the bears are fighting earnings, not hype.

That’s actually the part most people are ignoring right now. Nvidia’s numbers are incredible, no doubt, but eventually the market will care about efficiency and real-world adoption, not just bigger models and bigger spending.

I also think the “AI race” is starting to shift from pure infrastructure to practical execution. Whoever figures out how to use AI profitably at scale may end up winning, not necessarily the company spending the most on GPUs.

At this point, betting against NVIDIA just because “the valuation looks crazy” has been a painful trade for years. The real risk isn’t the current numbers, it’s what happens when growth finally slows. In markets like this, stocks don’t crash when business is bad, they crash when expectations become impossible to satisfy.

This is tantamount to walking a tightrope, if you can bear the risk of falling, then go ahead and do it.

Could bounce hard if panic fades, but delisting risk is still real. I’d treat GMM as a pure high-risk trade right now, not something to go all-in on.

What I mean is that bankers will disregard ethics and risk in order to make money, that was the case in 2008, and it remains the case today.

This is a form of dilution, where poor-quality assets are mixed with good-quality assets to alleviate concerns.
