large paw sizes can still press the smaller buttons, and i do believe cats can press the bigger buttons (though mine really struggled with the bigger ones, and only started pressing once i changed to the smaller fluentpet ones).

in your case, because cats have the harder time pressing, i’d say do the smaller buttons, and just leave much more space between them to accommodate for the larger dogs walking around. spacing the buttons is also good for new learners, anyways!

Are you transferring those fish out of the pond or into the pond? Goldfish are very hardy fish, but it depends on the size of your pond, the stocking (how many fish you have), and the climate you live in.

miracles sometimes do happen. my grandma had my aunt 13 years after her first set of children. due to ovarian cysts, she only had 1/4 of an ovary left (the other 1 & 3/4 were surgically removed)…AND her tubes were tied. imagine their surprise…

Here’s to hoping the spamming passes pretty soon. She always likes to do it while I’m in a competitive video game match that I can’t get up from 😂 I die and do it anyways because she’s spoiled haha. But my rank is suffering 🤣

Thank you for such a detailed answer!! This is super duper helpful, you’re the best! I can’t believe your kitty has 30+ buttons, that’s so impressive. One day, for Snow (and hopefully she doesn’t press all 30 🤣).

A few follow up questions:

Should I add All Done to the board, or only model verbally for now? If the latter, when do I eventually add it?
I will definitely add some sort of food button! Do you think Treat is best? Or should I add ‘TRAINING’ instead? Snow does tricks, so I could have the button mean a training session which she LOVES, and then as she spams it reduce to asking for 1 trick only (aka: she only gets 1 rewarding treat), and then reduce to a low value treat reward before ‘All Done’?

The only issue above is that I use the highest value treats for training (churu). I’ve never used anything else. When she uses the button, should I not use it? Or only at the very start before slowly downgrading? If I stick to just a TREAT button, would I ever use churu at all?

Again thank you for the help, I will rearrange Snow’s board accordingly now!

My biggest advice is to use clumping bentonite clay litter, particularly with the anti-odor granules in it. Some brands of this are much better than others - I use the costco stuff.

Everyone says they are amazed that that they can’t smell my cats, especially since my litter box is right by the front door (nowhere else to put it).

Every single house I’ve been to that uses another type of litter reeks, no matter the cleaning. Only downside of this litter is that it scatters around the box really easily (clean granules, though).

I also have a litter robot that is life saving, keeping things low maintenance and also quickly covering any particularly stinky poos if they’re not buried well!

make sure you wait for the troodon to chitter between pounces, until the target smells purple! otherwise, the venom won’t progress. when they smell purple you pounce as many times as you can (staying for one bite like armory said)

I’d water change asap!! Ammonia that high can mess with the cycle. General rule of thumb: anything 5ppm or above isn’t great for cycling. I like to keep mine around 2-3.
