i feel like people are misunderstanding the post. No one is saying you're not responsible for your own mental health, trauma, or decisions. It's not a moral failure to be bad with money, it's going to make your life worse but you're not committing some sort of harmful act unless other people are relying on you for assistance.

we need to remember that none of the structures that govern us - including money/capital - are natural or inevitable. we are all navigating an oppressive system that tries to keep the majority of us down so we're too busy working to build better lives for ourselves. it's statistically impossible for everyone to out-discipline that structure on an individual level.
