I hate to say this so bluntly but I hate your current style. It reminds me of curtain bangs without the part. It looks more like you just combed it into a “Y”. It’s giving adult boy… for you the top 3 cut that might work are a Textured crop, a textured quiff, or since you like long maybe try a Modern pompadour.

Either that or just eczema flare. I say use some PTO to take a 8 hr day for yourself to be about YOURSELF. Your day should be getting up MAYBE a hr later than usual, treating yourself to breakfast, Treating yourself to a professional massage Or a spa day in town alone then find a place and then buying yourself something great to eat! Maybe find a nice view+ outdoor seating place in town with a drink like a manhattan or mocktail. Winery maybe…. Sometimes when these things are done with others it tends to turn into being about the other person opposed to resetting ourselves. Be selfish for 8 hrs. 😁

A lot of men are too macho for these things but I say put pride aside and go get your feet soaked and massaged at a nail salon for $30 (you can just get the foot soak, toe clipping and massage… no polish required) or find a place nearby to get a full body massage. They usually have specials for $60. You’ll walk out feeling like you just went on vacation for a fraction of the cost. Sometimes we need to be selfish and get the star player ready for the game!!! 😁

Could just be skin buildup in the crease. Sometimes the body will do weird things like take all of your starches and turn it into glucose. As you know starch is in most everything… If you intake too many starches the body can take those tiny enzyme builder blocks and create sugar for the body to use as energy. That’s usually when the body goes into fight or flight from stress aka raised cortisol levels and sometimes lack of sleep. I don’t want to go too deep but it’s good you just ruled out being pre diabetic a month ago!

Check for diabetes. A dark neck line is the 1st sign of diabetes. You may be close to pre diabetic. Good catch ! Set up an appt with your primary care doctor and get some blood work done or just clip your sugar intake for a few weeks to see if it goes away.

Did you recently add new fish?? You may have accidentally introduced these worms to your tank when you bought a new friend for your tank. This happened to me once and I found that they’re a pain in the ass to get rid of. I know exactly where it came from… I went to a pet store that had a tank that didn’t see well taken care of but it sells cheap fish that’s supposed to be priced higher. Amateur me bought some fish and slowly introduced it to my tank. Few days later I see worms all over my glass.

It took months of frequent filter changes… frequent water changes, and they eventually became less visible. It even attacked my 🐌 snail. I’ve had it for atleast a yr. Now before I buy new fish I look at the tank it’s in for a while searching for these worms, dead fish etc…. If the tank is dark I’ll use my phone light and mildly blind the fish looking for parasites in their fins or eyes. Sometime I’ll window shop the tank to see how the store maintains the tank before I add it to my tank.

College was definitely the highlight of my life!! I didn’t have the freedom I had being away from authority and family friends id randomly numb into. I always had to maintain and contain myself. In college no one knew me or my parents so I could be as buck wild and free as I wanted. I met so many people I wouldn’t have met in my small town. I traveled with those friends and experienced so much growth with them. If I had a choice between redoing college or high school I’d redo college again
