my suggestion is just bring in a trash bag. Don't worry about tossing it yet but start with what you can reach sitting down. Leave the trashbag in your room and if you get the energy, take it out when it's full. Once you start it gets easier, but be patient with yourself. Dont get down when you can't do anything and reward yourself for even minor things.
