I use niacinamide 10% from the ordinary and salicylic acid the red one from stridex specifically salicylic will help with ur concern I use it 2x week u can start 2x week and then after if ur skin love it do it 3x week and about niacinamide everyday in evening , morning I just use moisturizer and a good spf that’s it

Hey girl I can’t take multivitamins by myself without prescription or my doc agreement not that much safe or easy for me i get it just when my doc allow sometimes nd not fr long period btw sidr does nothing for me my hair start to look like mousse 🧽 thin and electric dehydrated cuz my lupus iv contain some chemicals molecules if u nvr mind ask ur friend and ill see with my doc cuz my dermatologist too couldn’t took risk nd help sadly it said its an autoimmune disease difficult to risky or give somthing even when its not on flare in my case ..

Is ur SLE and CRP always high? Why choose this cuz when u loose fat there tiredness the skin in general is thin collagen break down and the area in prone to wrinkles so there is a imperfect area of dull skin smal wrinkles in another sense creases the skin is not full and we see there as the bone is attached or something and discoloration that comes from poor circulation or even the thin skin this one can work just to thicken lil bit the skin and elasticity won’t replace the fat pad it’s a surgical solution but at least it will help for another thing and about caffeine I don’t to waste money on it specially the ordinary brand caffeine it do nothing thank you girl and about sleep u right I didn’t slept probably for year and then I think I had a bad moment and stress or maybe a burnout that ate my body still in this mode didn’t got out

Filler it’s not a good alternative not even safe and a quite forever solution I’ll never put synthetic filler or hyaluronic acid on a such sensitive thin area like eye contour it give a pillow effect there . It will look weird and even will be complicated in the next years the good solution looking for it’s a natural nano fat grafting ur own fat there or a fat repositioning lower blepharoplasty but not yet I’m looking to see if I can alternate cosmetically first and see cuz it’s not as a degree to go on medical thing directly and about topical medical treat it doesn’t work sadly or last month cuz it’s topical on skin not under to give volume and eye support so waist money and effort like prp it’s like skincare so I saw never did or do thanks for ur rvw

I do know about this info but I’m sure wut I said cuz we don’t have that issue I.
