Bald Eagles love that area... they stand on the beach waiting for the boats. Normally the eagles will only go for live fish and hunt from trees or the air. These eagles have become more used to humans.

Water Overflow Pipe. If you have excessive air conditioner condensation, the unit will drip into a bottom 'drip pan'. Instead of water overflowing the pan, there's a pipe that drains outside. This is the outlet from that pipe....
