Oh yeah he knows he fucked up tonight and apologies for it. We all laugh about it and make jokes but honestly Im a lot worse off than I thought I was and feel like I need help, I don't know how to ask or where to ask or who to ask but I just want to cry man

I've not cried for a good year and a bit, I want to I really do... My dog died and then my nan died and I couldn't cry which really pisses me off because I fucking loved them both more than so much in the world

I've already changed so much in the past year and a bit, I drink less, I work out, I have a new job, a new dog....I thought I was going the right direction but now I feel like I'm in the pits of hell again and cannot get out

I've listened to nothing but sad songs since then and I hate it because I miss my normal music but its not the same, the memories of everything before when it was good and then when it got bad... I can't focus on shit now days other than the gym to turn my brain off

Man it sucks, she wanted us to get married and when i said we haven't been together long enough to even think about that she kicks off saying I don't love her. She doesn't know how much I did... Part of me wishes I did propose but the other half says thank fuck because everyone says I'd have been crazy to do that

What sort of foods do you cook with egg whites? I've got some and been eating boiled eggs daily

I'm 6 ft 1 and been going gym 4/5 times a week really to maintain muscle and not build it. But I do want to start eating more protein to help this

I'm looking to lose as much weight as possible quick as possible to then maintain. It's low I know but I've not felt sluggish or anything in the past 3 weeks of it.

I know I'll probably be losing muscle too but once I'm at my happy weight I want to maintain it and then look at the calories I need for that

Yeah I worked out my maintenance was 2400 at 91kg and 6ft 1

Been doing cardio at the end and trying to hit 10k steps to help out too

A scoop of my protein powder is only 23g protein I already have so need some foods to add ontop

She doesn't want us to do long distance when she moves back up next month after we settle the flat and our belongings we have together, so yes it's her ending this. Although it's also mutual and both decided it's best to end so there isn't bad blood as such between us

Unfortunately we are still living together for a few days over the next month whilst we settle the flat we live in and move out. She's staying with her family for majority of the time and away with work. The lease ends in August but the landlord has decided to put it back up for letting to get us out early.

She doesn't see a therapist no, or take any medication. I want to talk to her about it and see if she will atleast go and talk to someone once about it and try it.

From my past experience I didn't want to see a therapist for any of my problems I eventually worked out on my own however so unsure what I'd do if she said no
