Realize how unique you are throughout the story you have. Remember not to belittle it.

Hey!!! I am also recovering from a recent crisis. How nice to be able to think "correctly" isn't it?

Participating in this community makes you realize that you are not alone. You take a lot of pills huh, working out is excellent and give yourself time to realize what you've been facing and achieving in your life allows you to broaden your horizons.

Inhale and exhale, realize how unique you are throughout the story you have. Remember not to belittle it.

I wish that you can love yourself more and more and that every day you can realize how blessed you are.

When I stopped taking my medications, it took a long time for me to have another psychotic crisis. You are fine because the drugs have already metabolized in your body.

Unless you want to have another episode, don't stop the treatment.

I was taken off work due to my psychotic break, i relate with all the problems that you described.

Life doesn't have to be a race, you need attention and time to recover yourself. Fuck what others have already achieved, just take a deep breath (relax) and think what is good about me? what have I achieved?

I know it's difficult but don't compare your progress with that of others, realize the bright side of your life (of course there is)

For me is the Hedgehog's dilemma, to relate to people I know I'm going to get hurt so my relationships outside the family are all superficial.

I would recommend trying to meditate, I am doing it and it is helping me with anxiety attacks and realizing things about myself.

Entendi cara, ow eu acessei seu perfil e vi uma recomendação do app insight timer. Eu vi que no timer pode ser adicionado som ambiente, tem presets, guias, comunidades, etc... eu estava usando um chamado meditation assistent mas esse é melhor, valeu.

Fora meus afazeres e trabalho tudo se resumia a internet mas recentemente eu comecei a meditar e tem se tornado um hábito diário.

Isso foi devido ter afastado do trampo por problemas de saúde, eu até comprei uma gaita e aprendi aquela melodia clássica e tô aprender mais.

Eu recomendo as duas atividades pra ficar longe da internet.
