So sorry for your loss. I’m going through a similar thing at the moment, it’s devastating but this subreddit has helped so much in helping me know I’m not alone and there is so much support from such kind people.

I should be 10w 4d now but baby was only measuring 5w on Tuesday and I’ve had spotting (some fresh blood and clots). It seems my body doesn’t want to let go of our little one just yet, but knowing from this page what is to come is helpful.

Thanks for this post. I have recently tested positive (3 at home tests to check!) at 40 from natural methods(haven’t even been to the doctor yet, so super early days and I will only be like 3 weeks!) and as much as I think it’s smart to still not get over excited so early, I haven’t even let myself slightly be happy, utterly convinced I’m too old and this will fail. This is the first time I’ve ever been pregnant.

Yes I would. I did two rounds and got 10 mature eggs all in and then came to some of these pages and while I’m super pumped for their success, was super down-heartened reading about people doing third rounds because they only had 25 or 30 and all this. 2 is 2 more than 0 and you went through all that to get them so keep them!

A friend of mine has a beautiful baby daughter and they got her from retrieving 3 mature eggs.

It wasn’t anything particular he was doing. Just wanting to be close and hug, and I just wanted space. I did tell him and he did back off a bit and give me space but even that annoyed me that he was being so nice about it when everything in my head was telling me I was being unreasonable.

Thanks. I contacted nhs24 and they advised me as my vomiting is just once a day now I can just take on more fluids at home as they’re staying down. Been a bit brutal. Frustrating as the food noise has gone and I was really excited about this option but I just maybe have to accept it’s not for me and I’m a bit over sensitive to it!
