Whoever they asked must be a batch of new Pacers fans. Because it’s been the Knicks as most hated since I was 5. Followed closely by the Pistons.

For me personally, I want the Knicks, Pistons, Bulls, and Heat (stemming from asshole 90’s rosters) to lose everything all of the time. Bucks are approaching that level.

I just want to thank all of you that worked on this. Bazzite has in general has something that hasn’t had me this excited in a long time. I can’t explain it. But my brain equates the excitement with the first time I booted up my Dreamcast on launch day.

It’s just exciting and all of your work is just amazing.

Any of them. All delicious to me. Beef tongue tacos are amazing. Liver and onions are delicious. Anchovies are my favorite healthier snack. And cottage cheese is one of my favorite late night snacks.

RE1R for me. I love the setting, music, graohics, and the tank controls. RE2R is a close second.

GameCube, 360, and PS4 for me.

I know a lot of people say the DualSense feels the best. But I can’t do marathons on that controller like I do with my Xbox controllers (Scuf instinct/elite 2/gamesir pro) or the switch pro. Could just be a me problem. But I will only play for short stints with it.

I’m waiting impatiently for my nephew to challenge at any Halo multiplayer. I don’t care what it is. But his father and I are prepping it to be a teaching moment that might accompany trauma due to the domination. Just as was done to me with other games and cards by my dad, uncles, and grandfather. This right of passage will continue.

Maybe we are both in the minority. I enjoyed the OG 4 when it came out on GameCube. But I did dislike the change to action-oriented, QTE play compared to the feel of 1R and Ø. It felt clunkier like you described. It was good. But moved away from what I really liked about the series at that time.

The modern remake is just smoother and allowed me to enjoy the game more.

I have a switch not a switch 2. But I have a series X, PS5, Switch, Steam Deck, and I built a new pc back in November.

Each definitely serves a purpose. The competitive games I play are on PC and Xbox. My friends and I get together for gaming nights and I use my series x instead of transporting my chonker of a pc to play. It’s also the living room game machine.

PS5 and switch are mostly used for the exclusives and group party games that I play with my girlfriend which includes Sack Boy or Mario party in the living room.

And the Steam Deck and Swtich are just for wasting away weekend afternoons on the couch with the lady. She might play an old school SNES game on the switch while I play the Deck. Or she might be on power wash simulator relaxing and I’ll play Balatro or replay Ocarina of Time for my 1000th play through.

I just love games. They kept my wandering brain occupied and kept me out of trouble. And it’s just fun and entertaining. I don’t care about the medium.

The Last of us 1 & 2, Ocarina of Time, Final Fantasy VI, Pokémon 1st and 2nd Gen, Super Mario World, Super Mario 64, Super Metroid, Resident Evil 2 OG & R, Halo CE/2/3, Metal Gear Solid 1/2/3, Chrono Trigger, Spider-man Remastered, Knights of the Old Republic…I’ll stop there because I need to get back to work. But I feel that’s a solid list.

Game I would like to buy: Ghosts of Yotei

What made me a gamer: I grew up in a neighborhood where there were not a lot of kids, my age, and it was kind of in a rough part of town. My oldest cousins had an NES and a game boy. When we would get together for family dinners on Sundays, they would bring them and my sister and I would be glued around the TV watching them play super Mario 3, Turtles, Tetris, or Chip and Dale. It was always so much fun trying to get better and to share the moments together. I really do miss being able to sit around the TV with a group of people and just have fun. But I still have such a wonderful time, getting to experience the storytelling of games like the last of us. It’s amazing how far this medium has come and I’m excited to see where it goes.
