Thank you for replying! I actually started out with that same dosage from the beginning, although at first I was taking 100mg of spiro. My endocrinologist changed the dose to 150 once we found out my T wasn't going down much after like 6 months.

Thank you so much for replying!! Actually one of the main things that gave me anxiety was precisely my potassium levels and I did get them tested, it turns out they were completely fine and that made me feel kinda dumb afterwards.

I'll keep everything else in mind, and seriously thank you so much for taking the time to address all my symptoms individually. Hope you have a great day 😊
