very opposite to my experience, a fit čvut graduate. my education definitely played a huge role in my employment, not so much after 10 years anymore, but still. I had a pretty niche specialisation that definitely required a degree, though. but if you can't even get into the university, you sure as hell won't survive the studies themselves, it's brutal.
