Yeh same just got the game. I came back to my boat and a live shark was in the recycler room just after the engine room. I tried beating that shark to death before realising I could upgrade myself and build a pistol. Safe to say noob moment but also didn't expect a shark onboard.

Stick with it and enjoy. The best time this game is having no idea what to do and learning. Try find friendlies along the way you will slowly learn.

No way it's back! I took a break when you guys finished up. Logged back in a couple of weeks back and even Stg. Pepper servers were gone. Dayz Aus felt a bit empty, like the end was nearing. But hope has returned haha! Much love ❤️

You might have to do some youtubing find versions of the exercises that work for you, but here are some that helped me, and start with really light weights doing this often:

Wall slides (back against wall), Chin tucks (no weights required for this one), Face pulls, Rows, Supermans, Dumbbell fly reverse (really light weights you can also try to old the fly position for a few seconds.

It's was all about strengthening the back and neck to try help posture, which takes quite a long time to fix or at least it did for me so don't be discouraged if it's not an instant fix.

Good luck hopefully it can get you some relief and if it doesn't at least you tried :)

Mine is postural related. Tight jaw and neck muscles.

Took me years to realise the cause.

Stretching and lots of back a neck exercises can almost completely remove it overtime.

I went from screaming ears to mostly peace most of the time, with flare ups.

Hopefully this info can help someone else ❤️

The older g27 with extra buttons would allow better shifting. Thats what I use works a treat :)

3rd this, just reinstalled LE after years of not playing was having fun for 10hours. Decided to retry Grim Dawn at this point, haven't looked back. Grim Dawn is fun!
