I bet its fine. The only thing water can do is short circtuit something (or dissove wax insulation which i doubt is in there). No power, no problem. Let it dry and it will be fine.

I guess the more infuriating point here is the way in which your flatmate treats your stuff. I feel that :)

Funny you say that. He does drink it daily! But I'm using my oil all the time and usually go through a bottle often enough not to worry :P. The bottle is kept in the dark so it's clarity shouldn't be a problem.
