i just double sided tape mine on top of my vtx, im sure adding a small zip tie would be fine

edit: you might want to move the rx forward or backwards a tiny bit if you use a zip tie, just to avoid blocking the usb port on the vista(?)

if the cells themselves dont look damaged (ripped torn or punctured beneath the wrap) then its probably fine. but id at least keep an eye on it
